Hello everyone

In some way, I think that my personal way to see the world in general it base on “be green”.

To be friendly whit the environment I avoid consuming thing to can hurt the planet, like smoke, or  use any class of thing that can cause ear  pollution. I avoid use the chimney to.

I know many people to concerned the future of the place that they live, and for that reason they have a little farming in his home where used organic fertilizer. Their eaten his own “harvest” and the plant tasty really good, I had the pleasure to share a lot of dinner and in some occasions I took some fruit for me. Is nice to had the opportunity to taste natural food without transgenic.

I think the government doesn’t have political to promote recycling at all, maybe some particular municipality have one, but this has remit to places with a looter sum of money, make this way to live a elite segregation.   

About the most common items that the people recycle ever was been the glass bottle, because is the thing that is more common to use, and because this have a big productions to. But in the last year the people was recycled mobile phone on the subways stations, and I remember that in fact the milk box have an important part in the creation of “ un techo para Chile” where the cardboard  help to build the material for  the houses to people who neared a home.

We can live in a good environment if we try to consume just the appropriate industrial material and recycle this later for doesn’t have a lot of garbage and contaminate the earth.

Hello everyone, in this occasion for the class I would like to talk about the city, in particular, about of Santiago, in my case I don`t live in this part, in fact I travel to the city every day because I live in other town. I kwon Santiago went I left  the college for stady in the university, in reality is not so far of the center but in some way  you can feel the change.
The thing that I like for the city is the posibility of meet  any clase of people and places, everything you can obtain in here!! I like know a lot of different places for eating ice cream for example, I and invite a couple friends  to do this travel making a list of the most tasty of each one of this. I dislike the air, the pollution, some time the people because they are so individualistic and selfish, i think that is for the competition that they have to get a position in the society, i really dislike that, i don`t understand the hurried in their life, and the bad disposition for the world in general.
   If depend of my, for make the city a better place i would like to sent to build ice cream store in any neighborhood all of this with the tasty of the “el emporio de la rosa” or something like that, no, it`s a joke, I really think that the problema for the angry people is more profaund and the words for make a change don`t  fit in this paper today.
If I have to give a class of advise to visitor of Santiago i would say that they don`t go to the “plaza de armas” because the pigeon can peack theys bodys and give they a present, if you know what i mine.              

greatest Chilean

Hi everyone

Today I want to talk about a greatest Chilean for my, In my opinion this guy can be: Manuel Cardenas, maybe in chili are many important people who did very things for the country but today the principal person who come to my mind is  this person.

He is a painter and illustrator for Chilean comic, in particular is best known for his participation in the “sinister doc. Mortis” who is one of the most remembered comic of horror in our country since 1967. Manuel cardinal work for this project for the beginner and his cover illustrations are very know in many parts because is a referent for mystery and terror.

He still alive and for this time he have around sixty or more year and is a lovely person. I had the pleasure to meet this person in one occasion when he came to presentation of his work in the museum of Chilean comic. I had the opportunity of see many of his painting and I think all they’re great; I like his style to drawing and painting.

I talked to him when he went to the museum and I asked for his participation in the comic and the way that did these paintings, in fact I thing his original painting are better than the cartoon published in the comic book.

 He mentions something’s about the way that did this cover in the doctor Mortis.

Also he had drawing for other nationals comic but I this occasion I just want to mention this.  

I have to add an anecdote for finish and this is that Cardenas drank a little more to usual and was very happy that day.

Art history timeline

Hello everyone!

Is a little difficult make an art history timeline in so few words, but in art are many important thing for a linear development and different periods or in other case different form to see any case in particular, but because exist in our area a linear way to present the artistic culture based on the western art, I will continued this arbitrary style.

For begin I would like to mention the prehistoric age around 25.000-8000 a. C. the people make drawing in caves with naturals pigments who represent for they mystically thing and was part of religions rituals. The most know of this cave is the Altamira.

 Then we have the classical art in Greece and Rome where is very important the sculpture and the architecture and who is the continuous referent for all western art and one of his popular art is the victory of Samothrace who doesn’t have head and it’s part of Hellenistic  period of Greece.

About Rome we can do the reference to the architecture with the Coliseo, place where the people would entertain and not only have a artistic propose also have a politic system, we have remember that this culture was very politic for all the thing that they do its reflex of this.     

And then we have the medieval epoch and after that the renaissance art that was born in Italy in the XV century. This art have a referent for the architecture too and this is filippo Brunelleschi who is credited whit the inventions of perspective. One of his most famous works is the “cupula de Santa Maria del fiore”.

 This is all for today but it is clearly a bounded chronology.

HI everyone!

In this occasion I would to talk about a little novel that I read the last year when all my classmates are in mobilizations, like you can remember, and this novel called “kalfukura” . His author is Jorge Baradit, hi is a Chilean whiter.

 I discovered it I few years ago around 2009 when I met another whiter who was present it on the Filsa ( feria internacional del libro de santiago). This book that sound me very interesting because in one occasion I was read a short story about “the conquest magical of Latin  America” who mentions the kalfukura stone.

 Both texts are of the same author and the last one who is a little story is the beginning of the book that I would talk to you.    

The book is about a child “the chosen one” who discovered in Arica the secret that his mom keep in the stone when she is died in her home, all this is because the old woman who are the pachamama, have the magical power to the stone that fell from the sky.

Anyway I don’t pretend tell you all the story because it has many details but I have mentions why I like it so much, and it’s because they propound other type of reading to the magic scenery of our country and show too pieces of steam punk in his unusual tale.

Maybe isn’t “my favorite” but in my opinion is entertaining and special.
